1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the GeoResources platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using GeoResources, you represent and warrant that you are an Accredited Investor or Institutional Client as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Asset Ownership & Custody

GeoResources provides a platform for the acquisition of physical assets stored in allocated vaults. When you purchase an asset:

You obtain full legal title to the specific physical item (e.g., a specific serial-numbered gold bar or certified gemstone).
Assets are held in custody by our third-party vaulting partners (Malca-Amit, Brink's) on your behalf.
We maintain a digital ledger of ownership, but the underlying asset is physical and allocated.

4. Fees and Payments

We charge fees for trading, custody, and insurance. These fees are detailed in our Fee Schedule and are subject to change with notice. Custody fees are billed annually or upon the sale/withdrawal of the asset.

5. Risk Disclosure

Investments in natural resources and precious metals involve significant risk, including market volatility, liquidity risk, and geopolitical factors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GeoResources, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
