At GeoResources, trust is our most valuable currency. We employ a rigorous, multi-layered authentication process to guarantee that every asset on our platform is genuine, ethically sourced, and accurately graded.

1. Source Verification

We only source from approved mines and suppliers that adhere to strict ethical and environmental standards. All rough stones and bullion must be accompanied by full chain-of-custody documentation.

2. Gemological Analysis

Every gemstone undergoes advanced spectroscopic and microscopic analysis. We test for:

  • Origin Determination: Verifying the geographical source (e.g., Burmese vs. Mozambique Ruby).
  • Treatment Detection: Identifying any enhancements such as heat, oil, or irradiation.
  • Synthetic Screening: Distinguishing natural stones from lab-grown alternatives.

3. Third-Party Certification

We do not rely solely on internal assessments. All investment-grade assets are sent to leading independent laboratories for final certification, including:

  • GIA (Gemological Institute of America)
  • GRS (GemResearch Swisslab)
  • SSEF (Swiss Gemmological Institute)
  • Gübelin Gem Lab
